@SquareClown: not exactly. The Paladin can see magic spirits, while Tobi can see how stuff works -- and that involves seeing magic spirits when she looks at how a magic effect works; but not as a general rule. Dunno if she would have seen the spirit if looking at Infinite when he's not using his powers.

Tobi has magic sight of some sort. There's no particular reason to think it's the same sort as the paladin.

Oh, and as far as every magic user having their own Ciel, I would say this is evidence that Pandemonium Magic users have their own spirit. We don't know about Free Magic users or Magic Potential users.

The Global Order will absolutely want her now, probably at any cost.

Maybe she can "unchain" the spirit, freeing Infinite of his power. That would make her very dangerous, but also very coveted by Global Order.

Who wants to bet the spirit will get cut off before it says too much?
I personally think it will just say a cryptic message instead, because cutting it off would be too mean and cliched.

@A: Maybe only for pandemonium magic users. A controlling entity makes more sense if magic has a strict/artificial form which is only true for one of the three main forms of magic.

Earlier I might of said "three forms" but I have no idea how many there might be at this point.

Where's its horns?

Most of the spirits we've encountered so far have horns, including Minxery, Ciel, the Ghouls and the dungeon boss.

Cilia's eye monster is the only thing that doesn't seem to have horns. Though, I'm not sure if I'm missing anyone so feel free to fill in this theory of spirit having horns.

@A - Definitely not, as if that were the case, nobody would question why Noah was always talking to himself. It's more likely that only certain magi have such a spirit tied to them.

Interested to see what free magic users and only spirit magic users have / look like since this is called a spirit of pandemonium.

I think it's more likely that 1) some magic users create spirits to handle their magical powers, either purposefully or reflexively, or 2) spirits are attracted to certain manifestations of magic that resonate with them and further expand and enhance those powers, or 3) becoming attached to a spirit is merely one way of manifesting particular magic powers. I definitely do not see it as any kind of universal rule that All Pandemonium/Magic Is Spirits.
