So where do weird flesh lasso's rank in rock paper scissors? Do they grab rocks, get cut by scissors and tie with paper? Regardless they definitely seem to outrank chainsaw.

She doesn't need the chainsaw! Why does she want the chainsaw? It isn't even a very good weapon against someone who's fighting back...

Weird to think that something like a chainsaw might be a treasure in their technology-sparse world.

Well, She cant use her powers directly against people, but I guess she can as support?

She can't use her powers directly, but nothing stops her from using a chainsaw, if this is going the 'violent' way.

If this is going the 'peaceful' way, she takes the chainsaw and then says "Alright, now we all leave together or I start removing bits, I ain't having either of you minorly inconveniencing me."

I think she's removing it just to expedite things. However, if she carries the chainsaw, she will resemble one of these Warhammer 40k paladins. You know, these armed with chainswords. Maybe this will intimidate her pals into moving on faster or stop being an obstacle.

Now we find out if the paladin can be trusted. Given that this is the week of betrayal, that seems unlikely, but then again, Neoriceisgood could be betraying our expectations.
