I wouldn't mind myself.
I know it's not your job, but the overworld music gets increasingly annoying with time and the wall jump trick is rather difficult to pull (sometimes Frogatto just won't stick to the wall) and it should let you go higher than it does now.
I'm also not a fan of bottomless pits (the one filled with water is particularly bad, with Frogatto's swimming speed).
And I thing leaving the robot by pressing up+jump rather than down+jump would be more intuitive (especially if player has experience with Mega Man X).

I just remembered something about Frogatto that is your job: the spiky vines are sometimes difficult to tell from background or normal terrain. It's easy to not notice them until you get hurt.
