She's going to hit him. My money is on hitting him in the gut. I doubt she wants to deal permanent damage, and with a bag so heavy he's gonna flop over when he gets hit in the belly.

I think Tobi should be more assertive, because this seems like a security "situation" and she is a guard, after all. On the other hand, I cannot help but admire her stoicism.
