I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that Nail has figured out that Noah did more than being the radar.

He could at least offer Noah a drink to disinfect the cuts!

On one hand Eloy continues threatening to kill him, on the other Eloy might be telling others that they can't expect Noah talks to them for the next month.

@Silver My guess is that Nail knows whats going on and is trying to cover for Noah, rather than anything malicious.

I think Nail and Veda realized Noah's true power, but perhaps they didn't and Noel kept silent about it and that's why they all consider the thing to be like Eloy just told Noah. The point is that since the Hollowman was trapped in Noah's Mindscape it's hard to find that to be true, unless Noel claimed he as the esper stopped Chernyl somehow, but I don't think Nail would buy that. I believe Veda's and Nail's eyes fell on Noah now, more than ever, for whatever plans they have, which is clearly not aligned to the empire.

I just wish we could see what happened indeed. I hope we do;

Nail probably took credit for it to make it easier for him and Veda to do what they want. That was before the trial so now he needs all the goodwill he can get to get her out.

Nice of Nail to find a way to give Noah credit while also covering for his actual powers. I assume he figured out Noah's actual role in the situation.
