If I'm not mistaken, Sky Stroke has "story armor" and won't die here. That's because I think that this event is the "Eddstadt Incident". Sky Stroke gives an interview about in https://www.neorice.com/hoh_tobi_953
In this case, Burks storyline would take place "many weeks" earlier than Tobies.
Additionally, Alfen has lost his powers after the mistaken attack on Sky Stroke, so that the effects of his attack have probably vanished.

I remember him being intrigued by Burk. I wonder if he will offer his help for nothing or if he'll only help if Burk agrees to answer questions.
