I don't know. Burke is not reasonable, but he's pretty cool with being ordered around by his "wizard party member", as long as his orders are explicit enough not to let him too much wiggle room.
Lil' miss psychoflamer here may be smarter, but she doesn't like taking orders when she feels she "knows better".

I don't know, I think Piper can follow orders perfectly fine. Sure, she's gets a little overzealous when it's time to burn things down, but she maintained her "harmless tourist musician" persona without flaw for an extended length of time. She can restrain herself when truly necessary.

Even if the baron didn't inform them offscreen, the heroes aren't complete idiots. They know disguises exist, and execs saw "Sabrina" use fire magic - not something a lot of people can do. They can figure out it's her.

Piper, on the other hand, is nearly the antithesis of reasonable and respects only people more powerful than herself
