The thing to watch out for is passives, but, being "hero" powers, they needed to be suited to heroics, and most powers seem to be pretty focused, so passive powers, being rather ill-suited to flashy heroics, are likely limited to minor side-effects at best.
As for active powers, he can only recall and operate so many at a time, so it is probably closer to the combined powers of five or so heroes, albeit a fairly appropriate five heroes for the given foe... if he understands that foe...
