The fact that he still has that briefcase tells me that there might be a recording device inside of it.

This is why when you need something done fast, you pick whoever's closest and tell them specifically to do it. If you just yell "somebody stop him", everyone will wonder if anyone else will do it first and by the time they realise nobody is moving, it's too late.

Though shaders probably should receive training to not get tripped up by that kinda thing.

Burk will certainly help them.

If you want someone to do something, don't say "someone", because most people won't relate it to themselves. Point directly, for example "You, the nerd with pink bow tie, stop that diplomat".

The wig in panel two does not appear to be held up by anything, and is floating in mid air. Either it is propped by wires of diplomatic wizardry, or Pablo is able to eject himself out of the disguise and cross a couple dozen metres faster than the wig can even begin to fall down.

Also the mask is either similarly floating, or one of the shaders decided to hold Pablo by it for whatever reason.

Wow, no wonder these Shaders couldn't cut it as heroes. They're just letting this happen.
