After a certain threshhold of terror, you're capable of being completely unfazed by the scariest stuff and just trudge along. Noah seems like he's passed it a long time ago.
That and he's full of adrenaline from coughing up blood and doing nothing all day but moving ever closer forward.
At this point, he's quite capable of looking at a ravenous monster straight in the eyes without blinking.
Neo better write down some pretty good PTSD after this arc, no way anyone that gets out of this wont be a total mess once they return to baseline
