I now get what Neorice meant about it being to tempting to reuse the tripping sprites.

Nail must be incredibly strong, to toss Noah that far: It looks like he is tossing Noah at least 5 Noah-lengths.
Perhaps Noah is a lightweight in more than one sense.
29381: Datren - Wednesday, January 5 2022 - 8:58 PM
So do you think Nail just up and yeeted Noah across only to explain the plan partway through, or did Nail tell Noah about it before throwing him? I'm partial to the idea of the former myself.
29382: Fan - Wednesday, January 5 2022 - 10:41 PM
On one hand, I feel sorry for Noah having to be tossed like that.
On the other hand, I feel it's just desserts for pretending to suck at spirit stuff.

I Think neoriceisgood loves the new floating Noah pose (so do i).
This may become the new tripping Noah pose (if you all remember)
29384: Random Corpse - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 12:10 AM
Yeah, makes sense Nail would do this on retrospect.
I don't think he warned Noah though.
29386: Aston Whiteman - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 1:19 AM
Did Noah jump or did Nail throw him...?
29387: random - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 1:43 AM
I came in like a wreckED ball
I never hit so hard a roof
All I wanted was to be left alone
All you ever did was tossing me
Yeah you, you toss me ...
29388: Lanth - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 2:40 AM
Noah was just one step short of landing perfectly, that step being not doing so on his head
29389: Tom - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 3:01 AM
My favorite part is how Nail tells him what to do once he's in mid-air.
29390: Name - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 3:40 AM
I’m trying to make a pun about breaking his bubble, but nothings coming to mind
29391: UnknownID - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 4:20 AM
Poor Noah... At least the semi-bubble protected him a bit.
Nail could have told him a bit earlier to create a bubble... :D
29392: Mystik - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 9:50 AM
I feel like if he started in a bubble, he would’ve been harder to throw
29393: Whim - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 9:55 AM
Hey, once he masters the bubble? Magiball training can come back into play!

@Deliverance: not *that* super-strong. Noah's the scrawniest scrawn that ever scrawned. With his dedication to avoiding effort at all costs, he must barely have enough muscle tissue to stand upright, and that's all. I guess he trips so often because his head is the only part of his body with some real weight, the rest is just skin and bones.
@Aston: do you really think Noah could jump? Have you read this comic?
29395: Kiithnaras - Thursday, January 6 2022 - 10:10 AM
Noah? Remember how you hated Magiball? Congratulations, YOU are now the ball!

I deeply appreciate Nail's "sink-or-swim" education method. Noah's really been slacking up until this point.

"Noahtoss" isn't quite up there with "Pablo" as an onomatopoeia, but it's a solid one for the books.

A more richly deserved face plant I couldn't imagine. :)
This is another point in the 'Ciel intervention' column to my mind.

Heh, not quite what I was thinking a few pages ago, but I think I got pretty close....
