The guard captain's expression is quite priceless when Pablo mentions the High Priest. Now I'm intrigued as to which one it is; they're all pretty badass.
um! um! "assure" in the top right panel?
Don't take this wrong Neo, but the dialogue is getting a bit pretentious, the characters all talk like they were in a british drama of the 19th century. And I think thats why they need so many panels for a simple conversation.
Sorry, it's just my opinion, not a critique, i love your work. :D

I't's a diplomat & a fairly high ranked guard, I feel like the dialogue is fitting enough considering their roles/ranks.
Easier/less "pretentious" dialogue will come when characters like Burk & Adell reach the spotlight again.
This is all good and all but, can we see some of Noah's story or Tobi's soon? this whole castle fiasco is starting to wear a lil thin, and feels like its slowly picking up place.
