I assume black crystal, as it certainly doesn't have the description of an omen.

By the words of Zalander, neither beast nor statues nor black crystal is specifically an omen.
Since omens are 'cracks on reality' that defy rules, I buy the appearance of black crystal to be an omen.
Between curse of beast and the statue thing, I chose statues as non-omen. Zalander said something about being reborn with different or more limbs, so... perhaps.

Given Black Crystal's anti-magical properties, it does kinda strike me as inconsistent if its appearance/discovery counts as a "magic omen"...

Pirates of Dark Water really was a severely underrated show.

It's the falling ships. They fell off Burk's starship and they are not magic.

I was going to vote for the storm of ships, given we should've seen evidence of such a event by now. But then again, i might be grossly overestimating the amount of ships produced, and also missed elements of said ships in the background.
Plus, most of them would be cleaned up by now.

For this one though I got no idea. The Black Crystal answer makes sense, but the Living statue one seems rather specific and the least omen ish out of them. It also has me starting to think the Enigmatic Darkness Knight may actually be one of these living statues as his appearance is hidden and he is also immortal.

So going for the long shot of yellow yellow.

The black crystals seem like a "natural" thing, unlike every other option. So I'll go with that.

Based on the Zalandar interlude and what Shaliah said about Black Crystal and the origins of the Sight, I’m inclined to say Black Crystal is the answer, as it was mentioned as having been created through an unethical process, and Zalandar said that the omens are specifically magical phenomena which runs counter to Black Crystal’s nature.

I think if someone pulled off smiley's shackles, they'd find a ghoul underneath. He's all covered up because people would freak out if they saw him. He's all bound up for...safety reasons. He's guessing because ghouls don't pay attention to this kind of stuff. And we already saw that ghouls are somehow involved with this event, since they got Tobi to join it.

You know, looking back, when Logan (the windy hero) mentioned that "we get knocked out easily", maybe he meant other people with white skin/red hair, as opposed to it being a joke about videogame heroes getting knocked out in 1-2 hits.

Huh, it fits pretty nicely with it's description: An (supposedly) immortal being that claims to be a human, the blue hue and stone-like body.
The only thing is that apparently nobody has seen one transform... That lived to tell the tale I guess.

Another thing that's bothering me is that we haven't seen any cyclops so far (that I know of at least)

I suspect the same. I always felt that Logan's comment about that wasn't in regards to other heroes, as everything we've seen about Heroland's heroes so far show them to just be ordinary magics users (pandamonium mostly I think), and all we have seen of other magic users so far has not really given me the impression that they are really easy to 'knock out', rather the opposite really.

As for the vote, I would guess that it is either yellow-yellow or red-green, probably red-green. Seems the most directly man-made (and we know it to be at least partially so) and so the least likely to be considered an omen methinks.

Im going to say the black crystal isn't an omen!
