Why not just push somebody out there to get it started?

The pattern may be the only place you can kill, but I don't recall the rules preventing you from interfering with other players short of killing them when they are off the pattern. Do I remember wrong?

Uh, are people being shuffled around? 'Cuz their positions in the 1st and last panel are completely different... and judging by Tobi and the Paladin's positions in the 4th panel, it must've happened during panels 2-3...

@Deliverance You have a point. In theory, if someone was strong enough to fight everyone else in this room at once, there'd be no punishment for simply injuring them non-lethally.

The non-rainbow floors don't offer as much protection as people assume. What really keeps you safe is being a part of the main group, where everyone is too nervous and/or cautious to launch an attack.

That's what I thought. I rather assume Levin is about to engineer an accident that'll push somebody out to see how the group reacts.

What's Infinite afraid of? The only person in this room powerful enough to win a fight against him is the Paladin, who is staunchly anti-killing.

(Assuming that Infinite's much-lauded yet mysterious magic power is better than Jay-Jay's spirit double, of course.)

We've not been told anything to indicate that Infinite is invulnerable, merely that he is powerful.

The paladin is most certainly NOT staunchly anti-killing, as she has demonstrated against Infinite's goons. She is just a law enforcement officer who prohibits other people from unlawful action.

Clearly the first person to step onto the colored tiles should be someone who's safe on the grounds that no-one wants to kill him or her. Levin, for example :)

I do kind of wonder what the big deal is about the coloured squares. They are from Lorg, the whole country is basically coloured squares...

Looking on the panels they are standing on, I bet once someone steps out of the circle, that the circle lights up too

As I recall [maybe correctly] The specials each player had included several mentions of color, making them clues for this room. So if they all play honest and each helps the others they get rich and out. IF....
