Levin's code is a middle finger. Three's using the index finger, which is not part of the secret code.
My guess is that Three is saying: "Mr. Smile, I have 200 oranges on my arm. Since that's part of my body, can I add them to my account?"

It seems more like the one for Infinite. (some slight differences from what was first established, but it's closer to that than to Levin's sign.)

So it's most likely something about Three's arm and Infinite. I'm guessing that Three's arm, while probably not in one piece, is touching some/all of Infinite's fruit.

Or not necessarily Infinite's, and Three's just pointing at his arm to indicate that there's fruit in contact with part of his arm, and "technically" counts as on his body. (as smile mentioned) However Infinite's seems more likely given how much fruit he has.

Oh boy it's time for the most important part of any mystery, the grand reveal.
