Nonono, remember that the universe wants to inconvenience Noah.
Clearly the blue cat will explode to cover a room i sticky goo. Jamal might be able timetrap it mid explosion so avoid people getting entangled, but they will still be trapped as the timetrapped goo is impassable and if he unfreeze it it will splatter all over them.

These are some dangerous assumptions.
First, you assume cats are a Pandemonium power while that might actually be free magic.
Second, you assume this "Pandemonium" user is not competent enough in fighting with spirit augmented physical attacks to escape the bubble for 30 minutes.
While the first one is somewhat excusable, the second is a mortal sin for a military type. You DO NOT assume your enemy is too incompetent to pull something off.

But quite decent display of leadership there. Confidence is important, and so are instilling it in your squad.
They dont need to be told they might get their ass kicked by the cat mage. They need to be hold they can stop it, at least if you want a chance to do so.

Also, didn't Ciel say something about an unusual spirit being around? No sign of that yet...
@Hanmk: Presumably Cherry will soon be surging form the shadows to shank Windows on Vader's orders then. Time to play Catch the Axe 2: Brutal Stabbing edition.
@SilentWrangler: Well perhaps, but they outnumber this mage six to one (if the Radar counts), seven to one if they can find Cherry. They honestly do have advantages and presuming the enemy is an unstoppable super being would be counterproductive.
