In chat on the first fist page I described it as a piece of crystalized sky (to allude to who I thought created it) but it appears to melting a bit so maybe it is just ice.
Time to wait for an explanation on the Sky-Stroke ... Its not Sky Cleaver, that's Logan title, also Logan's people are the ones that always have sky in their title and this guy does not look like them so they shouldn't of had to stretch for it. Maybe he is mixed race.

Whuh-oh. I think I know what the beep is- that extremely illegal Magilante communicator Guy handed to Pablo earlier (page 1468), which would be a very bad problem if, say, Eddstadt's highest-ranking hero noticed it going off in his bag.

I guess that depends on whether the hero recognizes it for what it is and knows it is illegal to bring it into this part of the world (or tells somebody who does), on just how ironclad Livarian diplomats diplomatic immunity is, and on whether it is worth staging an international crisis over.
Depending on the answers to these questions Pablo being found with the communicator can be everything from a very big problem for Team Pablo's Diplomatic Intervention to no problem at all.
