Not entirely useless, you can't be deceived by masks or hidden weapons, but it's pretty situational and nobody wants to be your friend any more.

TBH, the fact that Ciel not only disregards privacy, but actively wants to snoop on people, juxtaposed against Noah not only not caring but actively wanting to avoid learning about other people amuses me. Especially when Ciel teases him for it. Also, Ciel seems horny on main, and I'm unsure if this is a side effect of the privacy thing, if she's just doing it to annoy Noah, or if she really is just horny. The uncertainty is comedy gold.
