It creeps me out.
Yes, other people do hear Noah's mumbling conversations with Ciel.
And no, they do not like them.

So great ! In other words, that's your problem man, get over it.
completely understandable for *insert name of character i forget XD* to freak out at Noah :P
Will Ciel understand, if Noah doesn't say it aloud and only moves his lips?
As a fellow thinking-out-loud-er who is also prone to vocalizing the special effects going on within my head, I feel Noah's pain.
Pew, pew, pew, pew! Brrzt! KRRKOOOMM!! Frwoosh! *crackle, crackle* Hahah!
This sceptical look as if Noah should be happy about being told something like that XD
Yeah. Noah is totally me here.
Well.. i do think its yet another think pointing towards Gaston actually being a surprisingly good leader.
I mean, he both had the presence of mind to realise just how bad Noah is with other people, as well as try and smooth out things between him and the rest of the team before trouble could arise.
So how can they get loose? Those ropes do not look like much, but at the rate we pay [nothing], we can't expect precise detail. And the guards have magic too. Could make them super ropes.
But the possible guards do not impress, and may well be relying on their magic too much. So freedom may be quite easy.
Noah of course did quite well in finding people, so he might have a look around here.
Whenever that happens to me, I pretend I never said anything. Then THEY'RE the crazy one, ha!
"You talk to yourself a lot"
Well, if one wants to have an intelligent conversation in this assembly, then...
I may not be remembering this correctly, but I believe Ciel was able to read his mind at first. Maybe she'll be able to do it after he uses his powers again?
Someone as antisocial as Noah should be happy he creeps people out. It means they'll leave him alone.
@David Argall
Those ropes are coated with gold, it nullifies magic. So therefore, they wont be able to use Spirit nor their powers.
Considering the way they are tied up, couldn't Noah use his power to escape and allow Jamel to escape? They're tied up with the gold rope, but as I understand it only the gold itself is resistant to magic, and it won't actually stop him.
@Cellphone The black crystal Tobi wore during Death Run was explicitly described as nullifying magic, but Gold has never been shown to do the same thing. It's just not affected by them.
