Also, I still think that the actual magic source, be it a person or not, is quite dispersed in this room.

It's entirely possible that there's something magical about the room itself.
But, presuming someone is hiding Felix style, I suspect one of the girls, as the magic user who signed up with the graffiti artist as a child, Chernyl D'Aryl could be right there.
If I had to focus on a single candidate, I'd pick the blonde girl.
Worst case, it's all of them (possibly with the room serving as a mask).
