If i recall correctly, it's not even the first time since the challenge began. I think she did it with the bomb, too.

I get the impression her voice isn't actually changing when she has the blue speech bubbles, at least not in a way that anyone can notice, it just shows us she's using her examination ability.
I wonder whether anyone in-comic can see her eyes change colour, or whether that is also just for our information.
