I'm going to state that this is a theory outright and that I might be wrong here, but I think that guy with blue hair's a scapegrace. He's there explicitly to take the credit for what his accountant looking friend might do. The point of this is -explicitly- for instances like this. This way the accountant shadowy friend can go nutso boosting him and they can have both a powerful and charismatic leader, as opposed to one -or- the other.

@fluffynater there are 3 GO people in the game, including the Paladin. We just don't know for sure who the last is. My money is currently on the cop but not necessarily.

@Chameon I like that theory, but it really depends on how detailed infinite is. Does the author plan on making them a running villian or will they be discarded as soon as this arc ends?

Maybe Infinite is a necromancer? Necromancers can retrieve information from the dead. He could use this ability on Levin.
Also the Red Mind guy looks like a lawyer or a clerk. Ominous.
