The last two pages warrant material for a couple of "that's what she said" jokes, but I'll refrain. Still, I must say that Tobi is pretty fast for an engineer. The junkman didn't have time to sit down. I also like how his face darkened in a foreboding way.

I like three's expression :D

14145: Bisected - Monday, September 4 2017 - 10:41 AM

So this'll be the driving force of the plot?

The windfall from having all that junk repaired would give him a huge buffer for starting a new line of work - even one that requires funding to get into. But of course, he isn't thinking that way...

I was wondering why nobody repaired these items. Now I'm starting to think doing so may be frowned upon. Kind of like with Apple products.

@jack
The People dont know how to repair this level of technology, and we were told that in the last Tobi story. But I get you're point, and the idea is a good one.

@Bistected
W-was that a pun??

14154: W - Tuesday, September 5 2017 - 1:19 AM

The new pages look less 'pixel-art'? how so?

14156: Jack - Tuesday, September 5 2017 - 2:28 AM

@Flangan
I get that people don't know how to fix them, it's just that I don't understand why they can't just figure it out for themselves. Reverse engineering seems like something that should be doable, even for a people with a relatively low technology level.

@jack
It could be that tecnologi was like witchcraft at some point. Healers would use herbs and so, but the people still thought that it was witchcraft. So they could have a "fear"of technology. Could be ;)
