Diplomatic Arsenal.
All of these items have diplomatic uses.
It just happens they also have use when annoying rogues.

Has anyone compiled a list of all the Diplomatic Weapons seen so far?
And do you actually have a list you've written in advance, or are you just winging it?
New Diplomatic Weapons as the Plot Demands?
@Delta
There's a large chunk that I've already designed in advance, but I do have a few slots in his arsenal open for possible funny future ideas. :)
@Bisected
I try to be a bit careful not to deus ex- it. If one of Pablo's diplomatic weapons would outright save the day in a dire situation I'd probably stick to the ones already introduced in lighter situations like the current pages. :)
Weapon #41.5? Why .5?
Can you draw up a class sheet for the diplomat class for D&D 5e? I want that to be a thing!
most of these are pretty funny in execution :)
Pablo is the Batman of diplomats.
Also, whoever designed the castle did NOT think of keeping important rooms low-key.
Hoping for a decoy, here.
I've been trying to think of diplomatic uses for all his Diplomatic Weapons, and so far I'm at a loss for all but number 1, Money, and 8, his banner.
But I guess self-defense could be considered a diplomatic use, as he can't do his diplomat thing if he's dead or otherwise incapacitated.
@Jack Morgan
Spare Diplomat: Foil assassinations
Red Carpet: To announce himself when the host country refuses to
Anti-Gravy boots: to prevent his humiliation and therefore the humiliation of his country
Hat: Foil assassinations, also, look cool
Flower shower: Impress any ladies? I'll admit, that one is a doozy
@Anonymous Person
All variants of diplomatic weapon 41 are various forms of confetti that might be used during festivals or unexpected ceremonies like weddings that may take place during a diplomatic encounter.
The flower variant is just one of the ones most viable as a weapon against rogues.
@Carpet Connors I've actually started writing one up for Pathfinder recently.
