A true Burk sticks to his word!
I like how Burk is wholly capable of finding and acting upon an extra, more ideal option when presented with multiple choices.
Burk may be many things. But what he is NOT, is heedless of collateral damage.
Castles are expensive.
I think you drew his belt by accident in the last panel.
Wait, is that why he took off his headband? Because he can't fight in the castle?
The day will come when Burk has to fight someone seriously, and I will crap my pants when it does.
Its-a me! Burkio!
So with how far ahead you are in your buffer.
Do you know how much of the story you have written? say 50%?
And how far into the story are we?
Ohh that's hard to say, but several of my main inspirations are quite long form (stuff like One Piece)
You should kinda see each "Story arc" as a little story of its own with a clear beginning and end usually, but the overal comic's story is nowhere near done.
For the story arcs themselves: I'm getting close to the final act of the castle arc, but some stuff like bigger fight scenes can sometimes take like 20-30 pages if they require lots of page spreads, and there's still one or two I have to get to. :)
Thats the Saitama of Neorice's universe : )
That elite guard's weapon is really cool.
In the Pathfinder RPG, this weapon is known as the Terbutje
Cool info, thanks!
In the last panel, is Burk doing a jig in midair? If so, my respect for him has increased to insane levels.
Nah, remember? He promised his 'wizard' that he wouldn't fight while in the castle.
So he'll keep to his word.
