On the face of it, weakGirl has been curbstomped every time we see her, including being outstealthed by a certain diplomat in a bright pink costume as she was entering the castle. Pablo on the other hand has successfully, if briefly, held-off several bandits.

On the other hand, WeakGirl picked a fight with Burk, got exactly what she wanted out of it, and kept her pants, which sounds like a win to me. So by defeating Burk she has become the strongest character in the whole comic!
