I believe so. He just follows Tobi around. It probably isn't explicitly stated, but he's always awake when they show up anywhere.

Manually adding "_tobi" into the middle of the page address to find the previous Tobi chapter was such a gruelling task. There was clicking... and typing... Five Whole Characters, had but even one of which been wrong I would have had to correct it! Ugh...
Have you considered a "switch to this character's archive but stay on this page" button?

Yay, Tobi's storyline again!
Gotta say that Noah's storyline's really gotten a lot more interesting; while it had been my least favorite of the 3, it's really picked up!
Also, I know that this was a week ago, but I'm _still_ laughing about:
