I'm thinking Moe the Shifter is worse than Levin.
"Not Levin" seems like a low bar.
I kinda remember Moe being an insane asshole, levin is definitely more of a dick than him.
Levin is a level of dickweed no one can match. Not even moe.
Moe went crazy from magic, while Levin is like this all on his own.
Most actual male genitals aren't dikier than Levin. Most anuses are percentually lesser assholes than him, too.
Levin hurts others for profit, but I think Moe actually enjoy hurting others, though.
Since we're all talking about Moe, I have to ask: did we ever get an explanation for why he's called "the shifter"?
Moe was kinda forced into insanity, so his initial character was probably less dickish than Levin.
