I get the impression that the Paladin wanted to avoid hurting any other contestants to show moral fortitude in the face of the game's persistent attempts to corrupt, especially the extra reward she'd get as a Saboteur. But, now there's a contestant who she's essentially duty-bound to take down for a huge list of legitimately good reasons.
Even if her dignity can't stand the thought of being paid as a Saboteur, that's not really a problem since she can always just donate the extra money (or all of it) to charity, or give it back to her Paladin order, or whatever. So I guess that the biggest threat is from Infinite murdering her (either directly or through the hit he's taken out), or else if she's successful in taking him down first, potentially underhanded accusations from the game hosts revealing that she's a Saboteur.
I mean, it's one thing for the Paladin to know that her intentions are honorable (if that's really the case), but it's another to convince others. Dishonorable folks tend to have a hard time understanding a Paladin's mindset and are more likely to believe it a faƧade, so even if she acts purely in all things and still wins out over Infinite, it could still be a huge problem for her later on in the game.

So... if i'm not mistaken this means that we're actually at 0 dead contestants?
Also, i guess 3 is the only one who knows how much(or rather, little) Infinite just promised.

@Some guy
So do the other two of his ward. But how could they tell the others without revealing what they've done?

The toughest-looking people outside of Lord Infinite and the Paladin themselves are the cop and the thug, and neither of them have any desire to attack her. They've seen what she can do.
We already know Three won't attack anyone, too.
Skull Businesswoman believes that she has already secured 15 times Lord Infinite's winnings thanks to the console in her ward. (She doesn't know that Three further reduced his winnings to 0.)
Mister Smile Mask is a bit of a wildcard as we still don't know what his deal is, but he probably won't instigate anything directly. If he's anything like Mister Smile himself, he'd be more into tempting others to act -- just like LI just did.
Levin is a coward, we know that. He won't attack the Paladin if he cannot make her fall into a trap while being in a different room.
So that leaves only the two other people from LI's ward. Neither of those look like they'd actually want to start a confrontation.
I'm afraid nobody is going to take LI's offer.

@Silver, I think 'Some guy' was referencing Three giving everyone else's winnings to Tobi.
As it stands, only Tobi and Three's ward stand to win anything.

Half of Infinite's winnings, you say? Well, Three has SOMETHING to say about that... or not. He can't speak.
Also, the global order guy in the background looks terrified, and he has reasons to be.

So if he himself offs the paladin, then he takes only half of his winnings? What about the other half?
We know that's for now half and all of the winnings are the same, but it may change. Would he keep his word?

Heh, I'd actually missed that. Some people are going to be pissed in the near future.

I suspect that others will still get winnings if they come out of it; the Ward #3 people only stole current balances, so presumably future earnings, like the Saboteur awards, will still go out. Plus whatever contestants loot, plus whatever Ward #3 members might pledge to pay out to others at the end, plus any other secrets.
So even those who know what's going on might still assign some value to Infinity's pledge... if they trust him. And then even if the game hosts have an official rule in place to transfer half Infinity's earnings (like Ward #3 members can make pledges), it'd seem like whoever's set to get that reward might just become Infinity's next target.

Why is "Infinite-San"'s mouth always open? Can't he smile without looking goofy?

Infinite seems like a dangerous tactician because A) one of the players is allowed to kill and B) anyone who wouldn't attack due to the winnings would be suspect to knowing how the winnings are distributed. Exposing at least one of those two would make anyone else (especially him) more trustworthy.
