I punch the puzzle!

Hrrm. Could they move the bomb? Drop it down the hole? The several feet underground part doesn't sound promising, but if the buried parts could be pried loose...
Wait, wasn't there some sort of code in that picture behind them?
Re: Fox girl's plans: Can we just grant her the General Custer forward thinking award and be done with it?

Playing to your strengths doesn't help if you are also playing to your stupids.
17096: Silver - Friday, May 4 2018 - 2:39 AM
I think "thought" is a strong word to describe her plans up to now. Tobi should use her hair as tools.
17097: Potatopeelerkind - Friday, May 4 2018 - 2:40 AM
Is it just me, or is Foxgirl by far the stupidest of the cleaners?
17098: TheMegax - Friday, May 4 2018 - 3:14 AM
Hold your hair, fox lady. You have to save a few hits for Levin.
17099: TheMegax - Friday, May 4 2018 - 3:18 AM
If Tobi falled down the hole, fox lady would just smash the bomb and die.

Given the way some of the comments were able to predict the solutions/events, I wonder if it's possible to deduce/theorize a solution right now...
17101: Straightbackward - Friday, May 4 2018 - 4:10 AM
Bruteforcing a problem is a valid way to solve it :P, Fox still counts as a cleaner to me.
Totally unrelated: Does Tobi's comment about finding a deactivation code imply that THEN Fox can punch the bomb into submission?
17102: Card_Hoarder - Friday, May 4 2018 - 6:50 AM
so talking is a free action here. I am fairly sure all the talking would have given the bomb enough time to get to 0, unless of course it is controlled from outside for tension.
17103: TheMegax - Friday, May 4 2018 - 7:09 AM
Solution: The hippo painting
It's Chekhov's Gun, everybody.

@potatopeelrkind On this we actually agree. While I understood her reasoning before, I didn't think it was necessarily her best play. based on her performance so far at puzzle solving, I'm a little surprised that she's even a cleaner. She's been useful for puzzle solutions, but she hasn't figured any out yet.
@Neorice To be fair people were arguing about whether or not she had any reasons for betraying Tobi, not well thought out her reasons were. (I don't think anybody thought it was her actually her best play)
17105: Kris - Friday, May 4 2018 - 8:45 AM
Like five minutes, eh? Lucky there's sev- er six.
Hope the hippo code's not like the statute title where Tobi can read it but we can't. That would be too much teasing. But the statue and pod solutions were in different rooms than the input. Hm... where else did I see numbers...

@Sporf
Cleaners don't just solve puzzles. They deal with traps. Some traps can't really be solved as if they were a puzzle, you need someone strong to break them.

Where is the code supposed to be in the hippo room? There's a series of black dots in two rows on the hippo painting, I don't see anything else.
17108: Briggs - Friday, May 4 2018 - 9:32 AM
Oh dang i just realized that toby can have her use her hair as some sort of multitool if at all possible.
17109: Sporf - Friday, May 4 2018 - 11:29 AM
@Leo. Ahh that makes more sense then. Thank you. I forgot.

I still think that Tobi should have jumped over the hole and went forward...

May the fourth be with you all! :/ :P
