How did the officer get into the meeting in the first place? Are you /trying/ to make these guards look incompetent, @neoriceisgood?

So, I hope Noah about to have his powers discerned. Otherwise his apparent lack of magic could get interesting with this test :/
Also, mostly unrelated to the page - it seems to me that Ariara and Aude have similar temperaments, and, to an extent, hair. It makes me wonder if there's any relation between the two.

Also, I can hardly believe I only just noticed Professor Null's messy hair change D:

Your characters and plots are very interesting, Neo, but honestly... those cliffhangers suck.

Can anybody tell what the picture is?

Are they testing their magic, or is the test itself magic?

Another cliffhanger. How unexpected.

Wait, is that the same detective as in Mage Baron's castle, or does he have a twin brother?
And if it IS him, does that mean all three stories don't take place at the same time?
Gah.

ARGH! So many cliffhangers at the end of every chapter!

He /does/ have the same eyebrow raise in http://neorice.com/hoh_664
I had assumed it was happening at the same time as this, but maybe the timeline doesn't sync up at all!

Given Guy's... interesting smoke trick and check-in with Veda back in Heroland, I'd say it's possible that the Guy in Heroland is, in fact, some fake set up by Veda to spy on neighboring countries. I could be wrong, but I'm sticking with it.
Also, I like how Noah just walks around with his shirt half covered in blood and nobody bats an eye.
Also also, I feel like the Guy here asking around about a violent murder is foreshadowing some plot events for later.

Maybe he has magical powers. It would explain a lot...
Felix, no.
And Detective Guy Juliet... huh.
