Well, I definitely like this better than the original direction. I am left far more intrigued and scratching my noggin as to what exactly is going on. This ElfBro (I have dubbed him thus) bears some direct, causal relation the Elf that accosted Noah (the missing ear, speech, and powers), but outside of that I just stepped in a giant bag of What.

I imagine that Noah is sick of the word 'home' simply due to the fact the word has more or less lost that comforting feeling you get when one hears it for him; and it doesn't exactly help that the city he has called home is filled with an abnormal amount of somewhat distressing weirdness.

As much as i would like it the bro thing must be just by chanse and like i said earlier i bet its the same world but another place and as far as the elf
being the same its very unlikely if he was he would prob help the croc not save noah and please if elf is just maid up tell their actual race name. Nymphs? Fairys even?

Maybe his magic is just the power to have access whole paralell universe that's shaped by his own experiences? And then he can take stuff or powers from there to use for himself in the real world?.... (lol)
