I'm not noticing the difference between noah now or in the past really

Incidentally, I have this bad habit of biting my jaws together and, as a consequence, I often find myself walking around with a lot of tension in the general mandible area... So, sometimes, I actually force my mouth open, very much like that torture device does, just to relieve some of the tension.
