I wonder if one of Noel’s new friends is a magic user? It would explain how Noel just kinda vanished, and I can’t find glasses lady after the JSP arrived but she could have just slipped out.

So this implies he's chasing those three, and doesn't necessarily realize Noah is there. Even if he does, he's outnumbered, and we've seen what Noel can do with Noah's spirit.
