Not sure

...

Isn't this....the second time Noah has been forced to quickly cross a tightwalk of some sort with beasts approaching?

I love the idea that neorice/the universe itself wants Noah to physically improve.

"Noah, I hate to have to tell you this, but you wont have the choice"

29074: Soup - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 12:21 AM

..It seemed kind of weird to me these guys never considered flying nightmares a possibility. Flying monsters can be pretty scary after all.

I'm just waiting for Noah to get freaked out enough to mind jump into a nightmare.

Don't worry, the flying monsters will help you with learning to climb.

29076: Cromire - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 12:49 AM

Heeeeeey, would you look at that that! Noah wish to traverse to Chernyl more easily is being granted as Chernyl sent some bugs to pick them up u _u

29077: Aston Whiteman - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 1:31 AM

Did Noah make a wish to Ciel by accident to become a hero..?

29078: Random Guard - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 1:35 AM

Well. Those black things are new.

29079: someone - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 2:05 AM

Noah is a scrawny kid, unburdened by fat or muscles. Just get one of the guards to toss him over, like for the lamps.

I had to check an earlier panel showing the nightmare claw in order to make sure that YES, those ARE flying shapes.

29081: West - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 3:54 AM

Alright, who released the flying monkeys?

29083: UnknownID - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 4:36 AM

So much to Noel's theory about falling from a rope is too boring and not personal enough. It always depents on the how, it can get very personal if flighing nightmares are involved.

Hope Nail comes to rescue or something... :S

It's very cute how Noah admits his lack of physical strength.

29084: Fuz - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 4:52 AM

Nice anti-grav jackets.

29085: no name - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 5:39 AM

are those spider??

29086: Questioning - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 5:54 AM

Are those flying things the same kind of "species" as depicted in the painting in https://neorice.com/hoh_2196 ?

29087: Taran Alvein - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 6:19 AM

Ah, see? Now you have incentive!

29088: noname - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 6:25 AM

Don't worry, Noah, I'm quite sure the nice JSP officers are open to the possibility of cutting the rope now that they are across, you are no longer necessary, and some nightmares are incoming. That would save you the bother of having to put yourself through anything strenuous, right?
Or maybe you should cross last? You know, untie the rope, swing off the edge and let the others pull you up (thus also ensuring that the rope does not go to waste)?

29089: Luminous Lead - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 6:43 AM

"They fly now?!?"

29090: Lig - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 11:24 AM

@Questioning
Yeah I think they are, nice eye

29091: Whispers of Sorrow - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 1:55 PM

Whelp, so much for that idea.... I suppose the real question is: Would Noah use his power if it was a choice between that or death? Catch the axe...

29092: Kiithnaras - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 5:38 PM

"Good news, Noah. You can learn to do it right the heck now, or you can meet whatever those things are. Probably nightmare-wasps, which are just like regular wasps, but somehow worse. Impractical to imagine, I know, but it's true."

29093: Sandman366 - Thursday, December 16 2021 - 6:23 PM

"Don't suppose you had 'jump a gap using Spirit' in your class, Noah?"

'...wh-why?'

"If not, you're going to need to learn on the first try. And right now."
