Alright, so assuming they're the same as the one that got shot, they seem to be pretty weak, but there's a lot of them. That's a lot better than 30 miscellaneous nightmares of assorted difficulty.

Would not trying to escape and avoid further detection and conflict be better? I mean I am always down for some monster killin, but last I checked they were trying to avoid drawing attention to themselves. killing a few here and there should be mostly fine, but killing 30 of em will inevitably catch the attention of far more powerful nightmares, right?
