She probably embodies the emotions Noah doesn't often (want to) feel/express and also has ideas that Noah would not want to think of (such as using spirit to see through clothes). She is the opposite of Noah.

I do not expect Thisguyagain to not be able to see the cat, Noah OR Ciel. In fact, I kinda expect him to be actively looking at all of them right this very moment.

Somehow it strikes me as strange that he still has that look on his face while whiling away the hours in prison.
