The blue girl hero is 100% still alive. The blood on the floor is not hers because it was there from the start. Evyle's sword is not bloody. And she walked willingly in her direction, that was not to commit suicide on Evyle's sword.
So beyond Evyle changing form like she's Dr Wily, the question is, where the hell is the blue girl and how will she reappear?

I want to say she's bluffing with her new found crazy confidence and role as an agent of chaos, but maybe she kept a couple of contracts so she would have an ace in the hole for such a confrontation, which really puts the council in a pickle because they can't be sure what contracts she managed to keep safe exactly, and that pack on her back could insinuate a whole stack of some that could keep a good number of heroes off her backside.

Monty is looking increasingly dead as we progress through this chapter. Which, I mean, I'm only complaining if him being dead winds up being a problem - which I don't anticipate - but it's still a bad precedent for the heroes to set.
