The purple glow is intriguing. Not just because glowing swords are cool, but because it looks like it’s taken over her hand and face as well. Seems like it’s doing that to her skin/body, which I’m going to say is concerning since she has 1-2 brain sprits hanging out in there, and I don’t remember if we’ve seen them be able to effect someone like this before. Besides ghouls, but I don’t see a horn either.
Closest was Gaston going “you put my friends in the floor” crazy mode (pg 1337ish) with his glowy arms and sword storm, but was he possessed by some sprit doing that? I feel like this is different, but an interesting connection visually.
Either way, cool stuff, I’ve been on the edge of my seat for new updates this chapter because things are pilling up in unpredictable ways.
