Well, if you can get to the left side of the exit, and open it, then you might have a chance to get out without getting wet/dead. But you should do that before that Black Sea from below reaches the exit.

Work place safety requires emergency exits. What "work place safety" means? Oh, absence of it means trouble.

So the exit appears to be not exactly safe to get to let alone open. Especially if the lift and shaft are also compromised with the bath water of doom hope you've got a plan b for getting out since a looks to be a wash out.

They can't go through there even at that side, there are two drips of black water at the left side as well... They must find another exit.

@Eight I'm pretty sure that no one knows the actual minimum safe distance for Black Water, but it's probably like lava or plutonium irl - proximity is dangerous without actual contact. (In lava's case, the heat will get you etc.)

I suspect that even if you managed to completely avoid contact, air gap isn't adequate shielding.
