Hm, interesting, the outside looks exactly the same, except that there is no snow. Everything else, the temple, the stones on the ground, the plant, and even the graffiti is identical.

Given that the ruins are in the exact same pattern, and the flower vines that were growing here in the winter are much more abundant absent snow, and that "OZO Was Here" graffiti is still on the exterior, I don't think it is a 'fast travel' thing. It really feels more like time travel than spatial displacement.
