Time to judge.

You ever feel like you live in a messed up dystopia?

Noah does.

Noah, you should get used to situations like this, they'll happen to you all the time.

5274: Krloke - Friday, October 10 2014 - 2:01 AM

Hm, 2 Questions:
1. How do they call themselves? (If they call themselves normal humans with magical abilities, than thats still a answer to this question)

2. How does the attacker stay on the root all this time? If he (?) is dead, shouldnt he have fallen down by now?

Damn, suddenly everything we thought we knew is put into a messed-up context.

5276: Bisected8 - Friday, October 10 2014 - 3:16 AM

Hmm, what makes Noah so independently minded, I wonder....

Well, what a jolly, prejudice-free bunch!

Although I agree with the emperor: I'd like to see what Veda has to say regarding this.

@Krloke got to say im going to be disapointed if thats all the elf could do. And dam that empire brainwash is more aparent on some them others and on noah its practly non-existant.

I'm rooting for the elf to come back to life and kill everyone! Yay!

5280: 2ndShade - Friday, October 10 2014 - 12:38 PM

Is it just me, or is Veda really creepy •_•

5281: Sparktheboar - Friday, October 10 2014 - 1:11 PM

@Krloke Have you considered that the elf may not infact be dead? After all, the blood thing seems like a kind of important fact.

5282: Neoriceisgood - Friday, October 10 2014 - 1:54 PM

@All

He's dead. I'm not a fan of fake-out death tropes unless the audience has enough information to reasonably assume the victim survived.

The Empire clearly has an extended history with "elves" so they'd know if a bullet through the head wasn't enough to kill them. Him surviving that shot would make for an odd narrative.

And that's why Burk is already looking much better now...

You guys are missing the point!

For some reason I always assume in comics like this one no one dies. also when i was in elementary school (i think), the entire school were gathered in the school yard to hear the sentencing of criminals. if I recall correctly, all of them received the death penalty (immediate execution). :(
