It kind of reminds me about the virtual environment in "Total Recall".
Oh no. He no longer glows....
I like how the boss is telling him off.
Okay, so if Baku just made a perfectly good portal to get out of the dungeon and doesnt get the treasure for fighting the boss anyway...why would he still fight the boss? It seems kinda pointless now. Its not like it would follow them, right?
"I'm too high level"
"No, you just break the rules"
"Your low level rules."
Ok, I'm not fan of this "savior" setup buuuut, with that we can understand a little more how this world function xD. And poor Sari, she'll need a automail... Ur chance to beuseful Tobi, godamnit u.u
at least in burk's and noah's ark i could slightly predict and udnerstand how things were going.
Now im just completly lost
You're right, there's not much of a point. But keep in mind that Baku's got something to prove. (that he's not an old relic*)
His plan to make a cool impression to the kids was kinda ruined by them being half dead though.
So if Baku just has the kids break the rules, does this mean they can't get any treasure anymore?
While I'm not sure what they could do to break the rules .. essentially yeah.
The dungeons only dish out treasure if you go through them properly.
TWC is broken right now. I wanna see the new incentive. x.x
Oh, I assumed that Baku was permanently "banned" or something; if he didn't use his hax-beams, would he still be able to raid a dungeon and get loot for it?
Yep, though he'd have to work within the restrictions of the dungeon.
so i kinda assume neo's previous iteration of the comic answers the whole deal over rauel and the dungeons (even sari brings up how oddly convenient it is) and i kinda wanna know but at the same time i mscared it might spoil up something Dx i just wanna know because i KNOW this chapter will close before i get answers x_x
You'd find no answer to that specific question & a lot of spoilers for future content.
I'd definitely not suggest reading the old comic for that reason.
thats what i thought
I usually don't ask many questions when people ask me to run away from a monster, or from neighbor's dog.
