Depends a bit on the type of spirit used, as there's a few techniques that have different results.

But a trained spirit user will definitely beat out an untrained one.

As much as I want the Aristo to pull a victory since he keeps getting mad smack talked about him in the comments and he does make a good point about seeing the powers of Ariara AND the sword and speech were hella dope AND he has been napping for the last three hundred and something pages I get the feeling he is gonna get his ass kicked and in a big way
