Last scene Burk is thinking something like "I've made a huge mistake", but he'll probably leave the judge alone to find the real mage baron.

Last scene is for sure Burk recalling Pablo mentioning a something about a judge being an important person and realizing that yes, he has made a mistake. But to be fair, he hasn't actually beaten the Judge up yet. Perhaps tomorrow we get to see Burk test his diplomacy skills?

Seems like the Judge has a bad habit of closing his eyes whenever he attacks.

I think he has rather powerful magic, but needs to concentrate rather hard during casting, hence why he states their names.

Also, the Judge will clearly lose this fight. Remember, Burk's Burk senses render him immune to telegraphed attacks.

Also, I think it's noteworthy that the Judge's nonlethal attack, his fire cage, had a different color scheme (red bars and yellow flame) than his lethal attacks, which are pure white with yellow glowy effects.
