..Wonder if Ramien knew about all Moe's crimes, because releasing a dangerous mass murderer doesn't at all sound like a good idea.
Just out of curiosity, how did they break Ariara out? Her door looks particularly confusing, especially considering that it still appears to be locked with chains, despite being open.
Why DID they let Moe out again?

If I remember rightly Ramien is the old king of this territory so I would assume he knows about Moe, dually so since I think he ordered Moe's imprisonment. Could be totally wrong here though.
