It sounds like Guy appeared in the Burk Story around the same time as the Noah Story, potentially starting shortly after Noah last saw Guy. So the Eddstadt Incident could have happened around the same time as the Haven Incident.

...actually, I'm confused. My thoughts on the timeline are now messed up, due to remembering the Television Episode about the Eddstadt Incident. So, to rectify this, I have to assume that the Eddstadt Incident happened about a month before the announcement of the Veda Project, and the TV show ran about the same time as the Veda Project Announcement & a month after the Eddstadt Incident.

So the question is, has Burke encountered and/or heard of Vader prior to the establishment of the Vader project... or as a result of it?

So it seems that the death of the random racist guy sent Guy and Veda on a collision course, and now he's working for her but at the same time his warning to Noah shows that he doesn't fully trust Veda either. (Nor the political institutions of Justopea, for that matter.)

Theory
Veda is the "girl" in Burk's plan. The drawing has a girl with green hair and his reaction here seems to indicate that he knows her.

@ simplybecause: I disagree. The mention of the Pirate of the Storm on page 1075 isn't a reference to the Burk story-line. At most, it's referring to the fact that the Pirate has been jailed inside of the Mage Baron's jail while hiding her identity. This is because it's the Mage Barony, even if it's ruled by the Mage King. See page 3996 for the map.

If anything, and thank you someone for giving the pages Guy was in Noah's Story, we now have evidence that everything happening in the Mage Barron's Castle could have easily occurred during the Haven Incident. Though, because we believe that Guy's only in contact with Verda, it's also possible that she knows about the Pirate of the Storm getting beat up in the Mage Barony and hasn't passed that information on. Which means that the fight with the Pirate of the Storm could have occurred during Noah's training arc. That second option is purely me attempting to give an option that doesn't mean that Guy's ignorantly reporting to a Verda who have been stripped of her position within Justopea.

Aren't complicated timelines with minimal clear evidence of interaction FUN.

Do we have full confirmation that Burk is after Noah? Because I could be wrong but I think unlike Tobi being after Burk it's mostly been assuming things like after Guy leaves Justopia that he then joins up with Burk.

Because thinking about it, it seems a little weird to me that Guy goes from trying to investigate Veda for a murder and warning Noah about her to doing a job for her outside of the country. Maybe Burk is before Noah and this case is part of what got him promoted higher than he'd have liked at the start of Noah's story.

@Potatopeelerkind. It's probably supposed to be confidential, but Guy doesn't expect them to know her, because they are on the other side of the world, and even if she is from this side, it's a big enough place that people aren't likely to know her, so it doesn't matter. Then again it might not actually be confidential per se.
