Well. I think arguments can be made, that at least compared to the fanbase, then he is a massive Morty fan.
He also seems pretty merciful compared to the fanbase. In a way i actually admire his pragmatism. Morty is a discarded tool. So he will be picked up and used. Instead of thrown into prison or made an example off.

I wonder who that other individual was and what they did.

I wonder if Sky Chaser can get through to Morty and make him realize that his whole "I haven't done anything wrong/I haven't harmed anyone" spiel was delusional at best and a major case of him lying to himself at worst?
My expectation: Nah, trying to reason with Morty would be like trying to reason with a sovereign citizen.

I like the new angles of his head

"[More damage] than any other action taken by a single individual in the last 10 years"
this implies 11 years ago there was someone who did a greater amount of damage

"Gosh, if only someone sitting in this room with me could tell me how useful you could be to me so I decide to spare you..."

I see someone subscribes to the idea of "Revenge is a suckers game".
Unless he's just tossing out a line of course.
