So, guesses about who's on the other end of the call? Nightshade is the obvious candidate.

The other guy on the phone must be Nightshade. But... what other identities is he talking about?
The "new asset" is probably the esper-guy?

Since Nightshade is closely working with Icy Queen, she is probably the other person. Morty is the "new asset".

Also: This guy definitely is able to access Burk's files.

So... We have Sky Stroke, Sky Cleaver, and now Sky Chaser. The pool of heroes with sky-related names is getting quite saturated.

Both Logan and Sky Chaser are likely some of "the pale children" mentioned all the way back in Tobi's quiz round (pg. 2145)

My money is on Nightshade too.
The other one I don't know. Maybe that discount prancing Pudu, Munitiacini? He had Guy at his mercy but didn't finish the deal. And we never get told what happened, not even an hint unlike with Illuani the evil Livaranian. Muntiacini seems obtuse and is not very remarkable and can easily be confused for Pudu. Perfect cover for a spy.

Everyone is guessing on Nightshade and the simp, so here is a different guess:

- He is talking to that white star hero Sky Stroke mentioned as his contact, and Nightshade suggested to feel free to get a clearance on Burk.

- The new asset is the ghoul assaulting the HQ, they managed to subdue but not kill.

Nightshade's the obvious answer, particularly with Sky Stroke being a potential point of compromisation, but there's two people who are on the other end of the phone line here.

I feel like Icy Queen is out, as she could have been exposed by her contract taking her powers. The top 3 aren't (from page 1377 to 1383), for obvious reasons (one's mentioned this page, and the other two both have massive pompadour's, so they work for a different White Star). Opossum-mask is a possibility, and is ranked 7 to Nightshade's 4. Though, taking ranks into account, Winn is rank 5 and basically wasn't seen the entire incident...

Yeah, that's who I'm putting my money on being the other person. Winn the Warrior.
