@player_03 it is not bad advice IRL, it just doesn't apply to everyone. It doesn't mean "break up with someone to see if they love you". If you don't have power over someone, they are already free. If there is a power imbalance in your relationship, you can't really know they love you back until you "set them free" by fixing that power imbalance.
